Salt and Smoke Training
Produced as an internal training series for Salt + Smoke, this project was created to help new chefs master the techniques and standards that define the restaurant’s barbecue. I directed and edited each module to be clear, engaging, and visually consistent—highlighting proper preparation methods, kitchen workflow, and plating standards. The series balances step-by-step instruction with the sensory appeal of the food, making it both practical for staff and true to the brand’s personality.
